Q. How do I proceed further and what are the charges?

A. Its Free of Cost. Just click on Register, fill in the simple form and a confirmation link will be emailed to you. Once you click that, you can use the full functionality of the website.

Q. I have a problem, how do I post it?

A. Kindly log in to the website and then click on “Need a Help”, then select Category, put a Title of your problem, add Description in detail and Submit. Once our management approves, it will be visible on site.

Q. How do I know if someone has already faced this problem, posted it and people have already offered a solution to it?

A. Login to the website, click on “Need a help Categories”, select a category and see problems posted and their solutions. If you don’t find your particular problem there, post your problem and someone may be able to help you out.

Q. I forgot my password, what to do now?

A. Click on login and under it you will find “Forgot Password “ . Now type your emailed and Submit and the password will be emailed to the id you put if it’s the same emailed with which you had registered on the website.
